it’s really not that hard to say “You will stay rooted in the ground like 2 pillars, and you will not fall over” a couple of times.

Just a question: did u use a suggestability test or anything
when you hpynotize someone you never use the word “think”. if u want someone to believe there shirt is on fire you would tell them “now when you wake up you will start to notice that your sweatshirt has caught fire”… if u use think the person already knows what think is and they would already be doing it. you can use that word but i advise you not to

you dont have to say the commands so many times. its actually better that you say it once cuz if youre repetitive they start to consciously think about what youre saying. the point is that they arent thinking about it and they only hear it subconsciously.

I did not believe it neither but then I tried it, it actually works. I tried other kinds of hypnosis too and trust me it works. I thought the same way as you did to start with then I started out with “easy normal not dangerous” kind of hypnosis and it worked (:
